Reflexology, Polarity Therapy and Reiki in Horsham
I started my practice as a Reflexologist in 1999 and have since added Reiki and Polarity Therapy to the treatments I can offer. I also qualfied in the safe use of Essential Oils and Basic Nutrition, which I use to enhance my treatments. Since starting my practice I have treated many people of all ages, for various conditions from babies with colic, to Palliative Care patients and many others.
In today's busy world it is very easy to be caught up in the frantic pace of life and not give yourself time to relax. All of these holistic and complimentary (sometimes referred to as alternative) therapies are a gentle and very relaxing way to restore balance to the mind, body and spirit.
I have teamed up with a colleague, Michaela Dalton, to offer 'Pamper Parties'. Micheala is qualified in Polarity and Reflexology and also Indian Head Massage and Beauty Treatments. Pamper parties are a fun way to celebrate hen parties, birthdays, new mums, leaving parties, reunions etc., as well as being perfect for a pure chill out experience.
My Reflexology, Polarity Therapy and Reiki practice is based in Horsham, West Sussex within easy reach of Crawley, Slinfold, Billingshurst, Roffey, Broadbridge Heath, Barns Green, Southwater, Rudgwick and Warnham.
